Barry C. Foote, Chief Executive Officer

Barry Foote is a Co-Founder of F2 Technologies, LLC, and is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director. Mr. Foote has extensive experience in the wireless, energy, and Defense contracting segments, serving on the executive board of the National Wireless Network and as President of NorthStar Energy Group.

Stephen J. Easley, Vice President for Business Development, External Affairs, and General Counsel

Mr. Easley has been a member of the F2 management team since 2000. Mr. Easley has served as Vice President for External Affairs and General Counsel of American Cellular Corporation (ACC), Prior to that, Mr. Easley served as Vice President, External Affairs and Senior Counsel of PriCellular Corporation. Prior to that Mr. Easley served in several senior level roles at MCI. Mr. Easley holds a J.D. degree and is a member of several state bars as well as a Certified Public Accountant.

Steve Tanner, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Tanner recently joined the F2 team as COO and CFO. Mr. Tanner has served as an executive consultant to technology companies, telecommunication companies as well as private equity firms. Mr. Tanner served as a senior executive for Dobson Cellular Systems, American Cellular Corporation, and Pricellular Corporation. Mr. Tanner holds several degrees in business and human behavior.

Timothy L. Brackett, Jr., Intellectual Property Counsel

Mr. Brackett is an outside counsel pursuing additional patents of F2 technology. Mr. Brackett is a partner in Studebaker & Brackett PC and his practice involves counseling large and small corporations on the procurement, exploitation of intellectual property rights including patentability counseling, and all phases of patent application preparation and prosecution in the United States and abroad.
